Meet the Team
CEO/President, MA Registered Architect, LEED AP, and Senior Design Principal has been responsible for the interior design of multiple projects for each client including Masonic Care, New England Deaconess Association, Christopher Heights, Salmon Heath, and Rogerson Communities. Previously she worked in architectural firms specializing in health care, banks, and retirement communities, including several years with EGA, P.C. in Newburyport, a firm exclusively devoted to senior living design. She graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. She is actively engaged as a speaker at senior living conferences & symposiums as a voice for dignified design, advocating for new models for senior lifestyles. As well, Faith is a consultant for senior living product manufacturers.
Principal Founder of Wellesley Design Consultants, Inc. has many years of experience as a project designer in interior design, working with architectural firms in the Bahamas and England before moving to Boston area in 1973. Prior to forming Wellesley Design Consultants, she was responsible for the interior design for North Hill in Needham MA in 1982 and in 2010 was asked to return and work on its repositioning. Her architectural education was received from the School of Architecture, Kingston-upon-Hull, England.
Designer, LEED AP, NCIDQ, has several years of practice in commercial, senior living and higher education design with a focus on interior architecture and interior design. Prior to joining WDC, she worked on the architectural side of the historical renovation of a senior living community in Boston’s Chinatown in conjunction with WDC. Adriana’s strengths include project management and concept execution. She received her Master’s Degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College.
Specifications Coordinator, previously worked at EGA, P.C. in Newburyport focusing on large is scale retirement communities, and with Woodman Associates Architects, also of Newburyport, specializing in adaptive reuse. An integral member of the team Christene currently focuses on project drafting and furniture specification. She graduated from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
Office Manager, has over twenty years of office administration and business operations experience in various industries, including interior design and architecture. Her background also includes sales and marketing experience. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Louisiana State University.
