CEO/President, MA Registered Architect, LEED AP, and Senior Design Principal has been responsible for the interior design of multiple projects for each client including Masonic Care, New England Deaconess Association, Christopher Heights, Salmon Heath, and Rogerson Communities. Previously she worked in architectural firms specializing in health care, banks, and retirement communities, including several years with EGA, P.C. in Newburyport, a firm exclusively devoted to senior living design. She graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. She is actively engaged as a speaker at senior living conferences & symposiums as a voice for dignified design, advocating for new models for senior lifestyles. As well, Faith is a consultant for senior living product manufacturers.
Interior Designer/FF&E Specialist, Susan brings a passion for all aspects of design, with a focus on selecting, specifying and procuring furniture. Prior to joining WDC, Susan provided Interior Design for the higher education market. After a career in accounting, Susan returned to school to pursue Interior Design, receiving an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design followed by a Master’s Degree in Management/Interior Architecture Concentration from Mount Ida College. In her free time, Susan enjoys trips to Maine with her family, reading, and all things arts and crafts.
Interior Designer & Project Manager – Renee comes from a background of residential and hospitality design. A graduate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BS in Interior Architecture, Renee especially enjoys developing millwork and the “wow” moments of the space. She also has a passion for window treatments and an understanding of the details that pull a space together. Each of Renee’s designs begin with one design element that inspires and transpires throughout the entire space to create a cohesive look and feel. Renee is also an adjunct faculty member at the local community college in the Interior Design program, helping to shape and excite the future of Interior Design. She is able to translate her passion for design into supporting her community through volunteering with the organization Building on Hope to renovate facilities for local nonprofits. Renee is also an avid softball player and she and her husband enjoy running together, muddy obstacle course races, and boating on the lake.
Interior Designer & Project Manager – NCIDQ, LEED AP, IIDA, Dawn has over two decades of commercial interior design and project management experience. She is highly skilled in all phases of design from programming to contract administration. She is highly experienced in developing long lasting relationships and maintaining project goals. She has an in-depth knowledge of architecture, construction, building materials, codes and LED lighting. Her extensive list of commercial projects includes corporate offices, headquarters, operation centers, financial institutions, retail spaces, medical buildings and hospitality. She received her BS degree in Interior Design from Endicott College and graduated top in her class. Dawn collects topiaries, enjoys historic architecture, loves estate gardens and finds joy repurposing antiques. Her energy comes from years of Zumba dance and Strong bootcamp class.

Principal Founder of Wellesley Design Consultants, Inc., Anne has many years of experience as a project designer in interior design, working with architectural firms in the Bahamas and England before moving to Boston area in 1973. Prior to forming Wellesley Design Consultants, she was responsible for the interior design for North Hill in Needham MA in 1982 and in 2010 was asked to return and work on its repositioning. Her architectural education was received from the School of Architecture, Kingston-upon-Hull, England.
